My Statement, I thought a lot about that. I guess I've always had a need to create from a very young age. I remember my Mother , my Father and older sister were all artistic in some way. My Dad's musical talent was the guitar,he could play by ear, I guess you could say it was his thing. He could play a song on the guitar that would have you dancing or have you crying just like that! My mother was a housewife, hairstylist, and was the best cook! Both of my parents could whip out a pencil and crank out a nice drawing. My older sister who has been an inspiration to me, encouraged and watched over me all my life is a very talented artist in her own right. My Daughter Jenna, Who says she has no talent but is in my opinion one of the best cosmetologist I've ever seen. Sean, my younger son is a genius on the guitar, seems be be able to pull tunes out of thin air! Amazingly Talented. But it wasn't until my son William, (Billy) started to become interested in art that I took up painting again. He'd seen some of my past work, some drawings I had done for him and Sean for fun and school projects. He asked me, before he fell sick with cancer and pass away ,"Dad, why don't you paint any more?" "Your so good at it!" "I wish you would start painting again!" He pass away not long after and ever since I wanted to honor His wish, His memory by painting again as he wanted . It's been good therapy for me and I did miss it more than I thought. I would like to dedicate my work to my family and friends, but most of all to my Son, William Sulzer Who was The greatest artist I ever Knew ! "I miss you Son!" Thank you for believing in me!

Born in Southern California in the late 50's Danny took an interest in art and creating as a young boy. With no formal training just a passion for the arts in any form, music, painting theater, acting, & the lost art's. These are what drive him to achieve the works he strives to create. The longing to share something beautiful with others and bring something wonderful into the world! Working primarily in acrylic on canvas he attempts to render what his eyes and mind perceives into playful colors ,light and shadow. In this way he hopes to encourage the viewer an opportunity to see things in a new way !
