Graduated from Kaliningrad State University in 1988.
Igor Lysenko lives in Kaliningrad. With 1992г on 2004г worked as the set dresser at the Kaliningrad drama theater. With 2003г the participant of group international exhibitions in Kaliningrad, Petersburg (ТСХ Russia), Moscow (Arena), Warsaw, Koszalin (Poland). With 2005г the participant of the international open-airs in Poland.
In 2005г - the first place in magazine competition "the Science and life" "Mysterious pictures".
In 2008г in Boston there was a disk with an opera "Wilde", issued by a picture of the artist. It is nominated for the award "Grammy".
In 2011г in Portugal and Kaliningrad poetic collections with pictures of the artist are published. In June in Moscow there was A.T.Kalinina's popular scientific book "Mysterious pictures" about my art too.
