I live in the county of Essex in England where I was born, and have been painting since my childhood days, and I am self taught artist with no art qualifications, and I like the fact that I can create art that is totally from my heart. My paintings capture my great love of the colours and ambience a landscape can offer, having a love for the outdoors, I have a tendancy to look up at the sky and feel amazed at the shapes and colours of the clouds and the unremarkable effects of sunsets. Influenced by so many modern artists who create such magical and lively landscapes, I combine my art with such energy and imagination, I get a great sence of achievement when I create a piece that seems to just come alive. I hope that when you view my work, you feel the same liveliness in my work as I do. I find art very expressionistic and I am proud to be able to be part of something so creative and wonderful.
