Artist's Statement

My main aim in my work is not being tied to one genre, style or medium. I prefer the freedom of being able to experiment with a wide range of materials and methods; I feel this allows me to expand the range of professional work I take on, so I’m constantly doing something different. I enjoy painting, illustration, photography and Jewellery making and so I try to take on more than one of these at one time in order to challenge my work and methods. Often the projects will intertwine and influence one another which can allow me to be constantly updating my styles and methods resulting in refining my technique.
