Jessica is from Chanute KS, moving to a farm nearby at a young age. Jessica graduated from Chanute Christian Academy in 2009 and moved to Wichita to attend Newman University. There she received her Bachelors of Fine Art in 2012. While at Newman University she studied painting, drawing, and ceramics. Since then she has worked at the Wichita Art Museum for over two years and started at Paint the Towne the beginning of this year. Jessica’s artwork focuses mainly on nonrepresentational abstract painting.
