I was born in the USA in 1944. I did not start painting until I was 26 years old. Though thrilled after giving birth to my first daughter, I needed something to do with my excessive energy. At this time I was living in Lima, Peru, SA. An artist friend invited me to paint on one of her canvases. My first brush stroke started an obsession which continues today.
My two daughters have families of their own. I presently live in Charleston, SC, USA with my husband and two dogs.
