PhotorealismCindy Walker spent most of her childhood in the midwest before moving to Georgia. Although Cindy loved to draw as a child and was often found with pencil in hand, it was many years later she was introduced to oil painting in a class taught by Barb Dickerson. It wasn't love at first brushstroke, but didn't take long for Cindy to realize the joy she found in painting, especially flowers or animals. Member of Heartland Art Guild and Monroe Art Guild; has placed in art shows at both guilds, as well as shows at Perry Art Center; selected to hang in the Office of the Governor as part of the “Art of Georgia I” 2012 and “Art of Georgia II” 2015.
